Data Deletion Instructions
ChatBillion is a software-as-a-service product developed and operated by Sunface Technologies.
If you have a ChatBillion account and want to request deletion of your personal information or account data, follow the process below.
How to Request Data Deletion
Send an email to:
Use the subject:
ChatBillion Data Deletion Request
Please include:
- your name;
- registered email address;
- business/account name; and
- a description of the data or account you want deleted.
We may request additional information to verify that the request relates to the correct account.
What Happens After a Request
After receiving and verifying a valid request, we will review the account and delete or anonymize applicable personal information within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal, security, accounting and contractual requirements.
Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law or where reasonably necessary to:
- comply with legal obligations;
- prevent fraud or abuse;
- maintain security;
- resolve disputes;
- enforce agreements; or
- maintain required business records.
WhatsApp and Meta Data
If your ChatBillion account is connected to WhatsApp Business or other Meta services, information may also be processed by Meta/WhatsApp under their separate terms and privacy policies.
Deleting your ChatBillion account does not necessarily delete information held independently by Meta or WhatsApp.
Requests relating to data held directly by Meta or WhatsApp may need to be submitted to those services separately.
Disconnecting WhatsApp
If you no longer want ChatBillion to access a connected WhatsApp Business Account, contact us at:
