Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ChatBillion, a software-as-a-service platform developed and operated by Sunface Technologies (“Sunface Technologies”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account or using ChatBillion, you agree to these Terms.
1. About ChatBillion
ChatBillion is a business communication platform that provides tools for customer communication and messaging, including WhatsApp Business messaging, shared inboxes, contacts, message templates, campaigns, automation, reporting and related services.

2. Eligibility
You must have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business or organization you represent.
You are responsible for ensuring that information provided during registration and use of ChatBillion is accurate and current.
3. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your ChatBillion account and login credentials.
You are responsible for activities performed through your account and must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Use of WhatsApp and Other Third-Party Services
ChatBillion may integrate with third-party services, including the WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta services.
Your use of those services is also subject to the applicable third-party terms, policies and guidelines.
For WhatsApp, users must comply with applicable WhatsApp Business Solution Terms, Business Messaging Policy, Messaging Guidelines and other applicable Meta or WhatsApp requirements.
ChatBillion does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their availability or continued operation.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- the accuracy and legality of information you upload or provide;
- your customer and contact lists;
- obtaining any notices, permissions, consents or other lawful basis required for communications;
- the messages and content you send;
- ensuring that your campaigns and automated communications comply with applicable laws and platform policies;
- safeguarding your account credentials; and
- using ChatBillion only for lawful business purposes.
You must not use ChatBillion to send unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful or prohibited content or communications.
6. WhatsApp Messaging Compliance
When using ChatBillion with WhatsApp, you must comply with applicable Meta and WhatsApp requirements, including requirements relating to:
- customer communications;
- message templates;
- consent and permitted messaging;
- prohibited content;
- business identification;
- user requests and opt-outs; and
- applicable WhatsApp Business policies.
Meta or WhatsApp may independently restrict, suspend or terminate access to their services. Such actions may affect ChatBillion’s ability to provide WhatsApp-related functionality.
7. Customer Content and Data
You retain responsibility for the business data, contacts, messages, files and other content that you submit to or process through ChatBillion.
You grant Sunface Technologies the rights reasonably necessary to process such information to provide, maintain, secure and support ChatBillion.

8. Message Delivery
ChatBillion provides software for sending and managing business communications. We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered.
Message delivery may depend on recipient availability, phone-number validity, WhatsApp policies, template approval, account quality, platform availability, network conditions and other factors outside our control.
9. Fees and Payments
Some ChatBillion features or services may require payment.
Where applicable, fees, billing periods and payment terms will be communicated to you before purchase or through your account or service agreement.
Third-party platform charges, including applicable WhatsApp/Meta messaging charges, may be separate from ChatBillion service fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You are responsible for applicable taxes and charges associated with your use of paid services.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to ChatBillion where reasonably necessary to:
- comply with law;
- protect the security or integrity of the service;
- prevent fraud, abuse or misuse;
- address violations of these Terms;
- address violations of applicable third-party platform policies; or
- protect our users, systems or business.
You may stop using ChatBillion at any time.
11. Intellectual Property
ChatBillion, including its software, interface, branding, documentation and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Sunface Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of ChatBillion to you.
12. Third-Party Services
ChatBillion may integrate with third-party services. Those services may have separate terms, privacy policies, fees and limitations.
We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our control.
13. Availability
We will make reasonable efforts to operate ChatBillion reliably, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Maintenance, security measures, third-party platform changes, outages and other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.
14. Disclaimer
ChatBillion is provided as a business software service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every particular business requirement.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sunface Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of ChatBillion or third-party services connected to it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When material changes are made, we may update the date shown at the beginning of these Terms and provide additional notice where required.
17. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights or protections available under applicable law.
